LinkSanto is a product of Santo Music. We act as the data controller for personal data processed through the Service.
2. Data We Collect
- Account data — your Santo Music account info linked to your LinkSanto page.
- Page content — artist name, bio, profile image, streaming and social links.
- Visitor analytics — anonymized click counts per platform, country, device type, and referrer. We do not collect names or emails of fans who visit your page.
- Technical logs — IP address, browser, and timestamps used for security and abuse prevention. Logs are deleted after 30 days.
3. How We Use Data
We use data to operate, secure, and improve LinkSanto, to generate analytics for artists, and to communicate important updates. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
4. Cookies
LinkSanto uses essential cookies to keep the Service working and privacy-respecting analytics cookies to power your dashboard. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time.
5. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law (including GDPR and CCPA), you have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact office@santomusic.io.
6. Data Retention
We retain your page data for as long as your Santo Music account is active. Once you delete your page or your account, we remove your data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to keep it longer.
7. Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. While no system is perfectly secure, we work hard to protect your data and notify you in the unlikely event of a breach.
8. International Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries outside your own. When we transfer data internationally, we use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses to protect it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy. If changes are material, we will notify you via the Service or your Santo Music account.
