By accessing or using LinkSanto (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. LinkSanto is operated by Santo Music. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

LinkSanto is available to Santo Music artists. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a legal guardian, to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with all laws and regulations that apply to you.

You retain ownership of any content — artist name, photos, links, bio text — that you upload to your LinkSanto page. You grant Santo Music a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content for the sole purpose of operating the Service.

You agree not to use LinkSanto to publish content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or that promotes hate or violence. We may suspend or remove pages that violate these terms or applicable law.

We aim to keep LinkSanto available 24/7 on a global edge network, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

The LinkSanto name, logo, design, and underlying technology are the property of Santo Music. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Santo Music's trademarks except as needed to identify your own page.

You may stop using LinkSanto at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if Santo Music ends your account. Upon termination, your link page will no longer be publicly accessible.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Santo Music will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or via the email associated with your Santo Music account.
